Yettel provides consumer protection mechanism in case of continuous conversation, due to the failure or error. Talks in Yettel network are automatically interrupted after about 1 hour of starting. In case of dialing in, make a contact and subsequent failure to disconnect from the user, the call is reported by Yettel and affects pricing in the real duration, whether the conversation was conducted between the two parties.
Your invoice is issued up to a few days after the activation of your SIM card, as the same date will be the date of issuing of your future invoices. Within two weeks from issuing of the invoice, it will be delivered on the address, which you have provided at signing of the contract for mobile services.
If you chose the option of not receiving a paper copy of your invoice, you may use the E-Invoice service, which provides the opportunity to the Yettel subscribers to view the monthly invoice and the detailed information online.
The additional packs minutes will be spend after the included in the postpaid plan minutes (exception are the minutes for weekend calls). If you have more than one additional pack, the minutes will be spend as follows:

- 3. Minutes in the pack Yettel Call Friends

Yes, while you are in roaming you could send and receive MMS, provided that Yettel has concluded roaming agreement with the respective operator.
Receiving MMS in roaming is free of charge; price for sending МMS is according to your roaming plan.
• If you are using a postpaid plan, you can activate a roaming service by sending free of charge SMS with text “А” to number 1210.
