The receiving operator may deny the transfer of the number under the following circumstances:
- If you are not legally capable of concluding legal deals and you are not duly represented by a third party
- If the request is filed by an unauthorized person
- If you do not present the required documents
- If the data provided in the request is incorrect and/or incomplete
- If there is another reason in regard to the Terms of use of the receiving operator.
The depletion of the minutes you have is processed in different sequence as the minutes with highest priority are spent first.
Priority. Highest to lowest:
Minutes to Extra number
Minutes to preferred numbers from For Friends group
Minutes to the Yettel network during the weekends
Minutes to the Yettel network
Minutes to all national networks
When making a call, from the available minutes those to be spent first are the minutes with the highest priority. After their depletion the minutes spent are those with the next high priority.
In case of change of tariff plan, only the additionally purchased minutes and SMS are kept, as well as all internet packages.
You can change your plan by choosing one of the following options:
- By calling number 123 (0,03 BGN/call), followed by selecting option 0 and option 4 “Change of plan“;
- By a free SMS to number 125 with text containing the name of the plan;
- By contacting any of our operators from Customer Service Department (0.10 BGN/min).
The change of plan is charged 0.60 from the available credit and enters into force after receiving of confirmation SMS.
It is necessary to enter the number of the selected option (e.g. 1, 2, 5, 7) and press the calling button. The information you are looking for will be automatically displayed on the telephone’s screen. In case that the information is of larger size, it will be sent by an SMS.
The service is absolutely free of charge.
You can buy an additional package/bundle in two ways:
1. By sending a free SMS to number 125, by providing the code for the package/bundle activation;
2. By purchasing a package/bundle with included minutes/SMS/MB and by calling 125 (0,03 BGN/call). Dial 125, select option 2 – “Purchase of monthly packages/bundles” and follow the instructions of the interactive system.
Each single top up with the value of 10 BGN or more extends the validity of the number by 12 months, commencing from the date of top up.
If within 31 days there is another top up executed at the total value of 10 BGN or more (e.g. 2 vouchers of 6 BGN each), the validity of the number is also extended by new 12 months.
The top ups of 6 BGN increase the activity period of your number by new 2 months from the date of top up, in case that from the current activity period of the number there are less than 2 months remaining.
The access to mobile internet is a mobile service available to all customers who have signed a contract with Yettel to use this service.
Depending on your mobile phone’s capabilities, you can restrict the access to mobile internet or to choose to use only Wi-Fi networks.
Please, bear in mind that most smartphones support such a restriction but restriction on behalf of Yettel is not applied.
Possible reasons for additional charging:
Yes, you can. You can use mobile internet with a prepaid card within the Yettel network. It is necessary to apply the respective modifications for access to your phone.
Standard GPRS/UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA settings are:
- APN : telenor
- Username: telenor
For your comfort, Yettel sends you automatic settings. For that purpose you should send SMS with text wap to number 100. After you receive the settings, an option for saving will appear automatically.
The roaming services provided by Yettel are charged according to information presented by the roaming partner for the services used by Yettel subscribers.This information is presented to Yettel from the relevant operator daily, but there is a possible one month delay because of the relevant operator. Yettel charges these services and reflect them in the monthly invoices.
Your current Yettel Home number pertains to the fixed numbering plan of the city, where you are using the service. When changing the city, you need to change your phone number.
