For the city of Sofia, the price of the service "parking via SMS" with VAT for 1 hour parking is determined by the Sofia Municipal Council and is equal to the price for parking with a coupon (with VAT).

Roaming services provided by Yettel are charged according to the information received from the roaming partner for the services used by Yettel’s customers. That information is provided to Yettel on a daily basis by the roaming partners, but delays up to 30 days are possible. Yettel charges these services in BGN and include those charges in the monthly bills.

Roaming services used by prepaid customers are charged in real time.

While the number is deactivated within the network of the old provider, you are a subscriber of the current operator. When the number is activated within the Yettel network, it is deactivated from the network of your current provider. The contract with your current provider is considered active until the number is deactivated.

You can instruct a payment for one subscriber number a maximum of 5 times within 24 hours.

As a new customer of the prepaid service, you may activate your prepaidt card only if you have preliminary registered it with your personal details. The card is activated by making an outgoing call after a successful registration.

Please, note that up to ten minutes of processing time is needed after the first call, before you may use all the services.

by purchasing a voucher from the specified points of sale and then enter *115* the voucher code # and press ОК/ calling button – free of charge and directly from your phone.

via Cash Refresh top up in a shop from the commercial network of Yettel or in the specified points of sale.

Connection through number 1000 is established by means of the CSD technology. Data transmission speed is lower and you are charged according to the duration of the connection and not by the volume of the exchanged data.

Data transmission speed through number 1000 is 9.6 kbit/s.
