If you comply with the conditions mentioned you have to fill in an application form in one of our retail outlets, whereby you specifically indicate the mobile numbers and the personal codes of the two cards.
The MB that you didn’t use during the current month of your subscription expire. They are not transferred to the next month or refunded.
The access to mobile internet is a mobile service available to all customers who have signed a contract with Yettel to use this service.
Depending on your mobile phone’s capabilities, you can restrict the access to mobile internet while in Bulgaria or in roaming. Check the manufacturer's Instructions for more information.
Please, bear in mind that most of the smartphones support such a restriction but restriction on behalf of Yettel is not applied.

Yes. If you don’t want to sign a contract but still would like to have internet access on the go, you can use one of the prepaid GoWeb packages. In addition you can top up a data package according to your needs.
• If you are using post-paid subscription plan, you can activate roaming service by sending free of charge SMS with text “А” to 1210.
• Calling 123 from your mobile phone (price per call for clients using post-paid subscription plans in Yettel Bulgaria is 0,024 BGN and 0,10 BGN/min for clients using pre-paid plans. Prices are VAT inclusive).
In roaming, the incoming and outgoing calls are charged once the SIM card of the subscriber is registered in the network of Yettel roaming partner.
While roaming the Yettel customers will be charged only for outgoing SMS.
Yettel Home service is available in all big cities, in the majority of the smaller towns and villages in Bulgaria. Nevertheless, if you want to make sure whether you can take advantage of the service in your town or village, please contact Yettel Customer Service department by dialing 123.
How much does it cost a SIM card replacement?
Depending on the cause, the replacement of the SIM card (Mini (standard), Micro, Nano or 3in1 SIM) for residential customers costs:
In case you delayed the payment of your monthly invoice, your outgoing service will be restricted. You may pay your bill by selecting the most suitable method of payment or temporarily activate your restricted calls (SMS, MMS, MB) with the new service – Reactivation after barring.
The activation may be performed up to 94 hours from the moment of restriction of your outgoing calls, as they will remain active for 96 hours from the moment of restriction, disregarding of when you have activated the Reactivation after barring service.
