The transfer of the number and the activation of the new SIM card takes up to 2 business days. In case there are any issues that can be resolved, the process may take up to 30 days, during which the issue should be solved. If the portability does not take place within this time frame, a new request should be submitted.
Important: The process may be stopped, if you have provided incorrect or incomplete data.
When you call a number with a 089xxxxxxx prefix, which has been transferred to another network, Yettel will inform you via signal with duration of 3 seconds. After the signal, you will have 2 more seconds to decide whether to continue with the call or to hang up. You will not be charged for the duration of the signal and the subsequent 2 seconds. You are only charged for calls that have been realized.
The sound signal has been approved by the Communications Regulation Commission and can be heard online at the Yettel website.
There are no restrictions for the minumum and maximum payments you can made through our online payments service. Keep in mind that there might be limits set to your card by the card-issuing bank.
In case that you have an active package and you decide to add a package from the same type, the validity period is extended by an extra 31 days, and the newly purchased minutes/SMS/MB are added to those available. This rule does not apply if you add to the existing one a package of different type.
Important:
Dial 123 and after contacting with one of our operators, provide the mobile number of your lost/stolen card, your personal customer’s code or your full names and PI number. The outgoing calls of the respective card will be restricted.
After purchase of pack you should receive an SMS confirmation for the successful loading of minutes/SMS-s and the price will be deducted from your available credit.
If you wish to receive a detailed information printout of the calls you have made, you have to fill in a respective form in one of our retail outlets.
The price for the service is 7.20 BGN (with VAT), deductible from the current credit.
Detailed breakdowns can only be offered for the last three months. The printout is delivered by courier to the address given in the application form.
Yettel has built GPRS / EDGE / UMTS / HSUPA / HSDPA network in all of the big cities and the majority of the smaller towns. Nevertheless, if you want to be sure about the coverage in your town, please contact Yettel Customer Service Department by dialing 123.
If you do not want to receive any additional information on roaming prices, please dial *105# and select option 6/1, free of charge. If you want again to receive the information about roaming charges, please dial * 105 # option 6/2 free of charge.
Your standard fixed phone device is not suitable for Yettel Home service. We provide you with an appropriate phone device for free if you sign a 2-year contract.
When the number of characters is larger than the standard SMS, the transmission is performed by several successive messages and they are charged according to the prices.
