In the border regions of Bulgaria, if the roaming service is activated and the choice of the network is automatically assigned by the menu of the used handset, it is possible inclusion in the network of another operator, although the customer is located on Bulgarian territory. Danger of an obligation to pay for roaming call in such cases can be avoided by switching the option to "Manually select a network”.
All you need is to be one of our customers for more than 6 months and your outgoing and incoming calls should not have been bilaterally restricted during the last six months.
Roaming services are charged on the basis of information that is sent periodically by the roaming partners of Yettel.
If your SIM card has been restricted due to theft/ loss, only the outgoing calls are restricted. The SIM card remains active for incoming calls. Restriction of the card due to theft/ loss does not prevent you from monthly subscription fees accumulation.
The possible reasons for that may be:
- You do not have credit balance of 0.90 BGN, which is the minimum required for sending and receiving;
- You have not entered correctly the necessary settings for MMS on your phone;
- You have restricted the data transfer on your phone.
The standard size of a SMS depends on the used alphabet. When the message is written with Latin alphabet the maximum length for one SMS is 160 symbols. If it is written with Cyrillic alphabet, the maximum length is 70 symbols (the maximum symbols may be even less than 70).
If your SIM card has been active for more than one month you can switch to a Postpaid plan. It is necessary to visit a shop of our retail network and sign an Agreement for use of mobile services. You can keep your mobile number and your available prepaid balance will be transferred in your first or second invoice.
You are welcome to any Yettel representative shop at your convenience or any shop from the networks of our partners Global Net and Internity.
Choose a subscription plan according to your preferences.
Signal quality depends on locality type, the location and density of buildings, the place from which the services are used (such as underground facilities), the model and roadworthiness of the mobile phone. These factors, along with some additional influence on the quality of the connection.
Your electronic invoice will be accessible online up to 5 days after the date of its issuing.
Details on how to register for E-Invoice may be obtained from the MyTelenor web portal.
