Обажданията и SMS-ите към номера с добавена стойност се таксуват извън пакета, който е част от плана ти и цената на услугата се добавя към цената на самия разговор или SMS. Търговецът, който ползва такъв номер следва да е обявил цената на разговорите към него за минута или към услугата, която заплащаш чрез SMS.

Има два начина, по които можеш да разполагаш с повече МВ на максимално достижима скорост:
•Можеш да активираш допълнителен пакет за мобилен интернет на turbo.lp.telenor.bg.
•В зависимост от условията на абонаментния ти план, можеш да избереш нов абонаментен план и да направиш промяната в магазините от търговската мрежа на Yettel.
На територията на България, Yettel предлага достъп до мобилен интернет през мобилни мрежи от второ (2G), трето (3G) и четвърто (4G/LTE) поколение.

VoLTE in Bulgaria is only supported by certain models of phones - usually more modern smartphones. Maybe your phone doesn't support VoLTE, so you can't turn it on. Find relevant model with VoLTE on our website.
Alternatively, your phone may have software for another geographic region, meaning it is intended for markets outside Europe.
VoLTE can only be used within the 4G network. Most likely the indication disappeared because you were outside Yettel 4G network.

In order to transfer your mobile phone number to the Yettel network, you need to visit a store from Yettel retail chain – Yettel, GlobalNet, Internity. At the store you should submit a transfer request and choose a subscription plan.
The transfer of the number is free of charge. You do not pay any fee but you have to pay all dues and charges to the current provider.
Yes. You can replace your defective or lost/stolen prepaid SIM card and keep your mobile number and all settings of your old SIM card! You need to visit a shop from the retail network of Yettel and present your personal client code to a shop assistant.
In cases when a technical defect is proven, SIM card replacement is free. If your SIM card is mechanically damaged, lost or stolen you need to pay a replacement fee of 6,99 BGN (VAT incl.)
Your personal code is printed on a sticker, affixed to the packaging of the SIM card. It is important to keep this code - it is the password that authenticates you as a user of the mobile number. Through the personal code you can transfer your credit to another prepaid card, you can get detailed information for your calls, replace your SIM card with a new one in case of loss or theft. The personal code also allows you to make inquiries for your number when contacting the Customer Service Department.
The minimum system requirements depend on your 3G internet modem. The 3G internet modems currently offered in Yettel sale network require the following:
- PCMCIA, Express slot or USB port /dependant on the device/
- OS – Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Mac OS X
- Pentium 133MHz or faster (Pentium 500MHz recommended)
- HDD – 100 MB free space or more
- Memory of 64 MB RAM or more (128MB recommended)
- Display resolution – 800*600 pixels or more (1024*768 recommended)
