Upon top-up of the card, which is using a prepaid plan different from Standard prepaid plan, Prepaid plan Friends, Prepaid plan Yettel, Prepaid plan GoWeb, the validity of the credit (card) is extended with 60 or 90 days (respectively for top-ups of 6.99 BGN to 9.99 BGN or 10 BGN and more*), in case the remaining validity period of the credit (card) is less than the validity period of the new top-up. 

3G (from engl. 3rd Generation) is a common term for the newer generation mobile networks. The networks from the first generation – 1G are analog, 2G networks are digital, and 3G are networks from third generation for newer, high-speed products and services. 3G based technologies make faster data transfers possible, in comparison with GSM/GPRS network.

4.5G is a term that has been imposed in for a specific method in 4G technology, which is carrier aggregation. Combining two frequency spectrums in 4G is also known as LTE-Advanced by the name of the standard by which it was introduced. In the Yettel Bulgaria network 4.5G is a cluster mainly of 1800MHz and 2100MHz and so far it only works in the direction of downloading data.

When you are using mobile services in roaming and make an outgoing call to a number from a different country than you are in, you must always enter the country code to which the outgoing call is. Example: if you are in roaming and you want to call a Bulgarian number, you must dial +359 and then the number itself.

If you do not specify the country code for the outgoing call, the call might not be reached or even the call can be counted as an added value call that could result in a high bill.

ViLTE calls does not consume from the available MBs and are charged as per the official Yettel price list.

Activate your phone options for 4G network and VoLTE calls. This is usually done in Settings > About the phone> Connections> Mobile networks. The order and menu names may differ depending on the model of the smartphone. In the mobile network menu, there is usually a radio button to activate and deactivate VoLTE calls. When activated, the VoLTE icon will be displayed on the home screen.

Basic data, National Identification Number (EGN), data on contracts with Yettel, including summary data on consumption, and data relating to obligations payments to Yettel;
