GLOBUL postpaid programs

Minimum initial charging duration is 15 seconds.

All other services which are not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator,  at the time of the proposition.

Basic postpaid program for persons with permanent disabilities is available for new residential subscribers upon signing a term or a termless contract as per subscriber’s request.

“Persons with permanent disabilities” is referred to persons with anatomical, physiological or mental disabilities who have a reduced capacity to perform activities in a manner and to the extent possible for a healthy person and have been registered by medical experts with reduced working capacity or a type and degree of disability of 50% or above. The degree of disability is proved by an expert judgment, which is issued by the Territorial Expert Medical Commission (ТЕЛК) or the National Expert Medical Commission (НЕЛК). The persons with permanent disabilities may benefit from the programs valid for persons with permanent disabilities within the period of disability, which is identified in the relevant expert judgment. The period of disability is between one and three years and is defined in the respective expert judgment issued by the Territorial Expert Medical Commission/ the National Expert Medical Commission. For individuals who have acquired the right of a retirement pension under Bulgarian law, a whole-life term disability is determined. 

Subscription program change

• Migration to another subscription program to a program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases of renewal of the current contract with ZAEDNO Program or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
• Upon change of the subscription program before the expiry of the contract period, included standard program conditions applies for the selected subscription program (minutes, SMS, MMS, MB).

Postpaid programs Generation GLOBUL are valid for new and existing residential customers who are 14 to 24 years of age upon signing a new contract for a new SIM card or additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program for a new fixed term of 1 or 2 years, or under the conditions for subscription program’s change. The initial credit limit is set to 30 BGN.

After depletion of the MB at maximum speed, the connection speed is decreased to 64 kbps.

The initial credit limit is 30 BGN.

The minimum initial charge is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.

All other services which are not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

Subscription

Each residential subscriber up to 24 years old can sign a contract for only one SIM card for the Generation GLOBUL postpaid programs.

The Generation GLOBUL programs come with a no paper invoice that can be viewed at any time free of charge, after a registration at my.telenor.bg web portal.

You may also take advantage of the Generation GLOBUL programs even if you are not yet of age – you should be at least 14 years old and possess an ID card. When subscribing for the program, one of your parents shall be present and you shall present you birth certificate.

Subscription plan change

You can migrate to one of the Generation GLOBUL programs (if you are currently using another program and you are up to 24 years old), as well as you can migrate to another program (if you are currently subscribed to Generation GLOBUL program) under the following conditions:

If you have signed a new contract for the operator services or you have renewed your contract under ZAEDNO Program choosing one of our new postpaid programs, valid as of 28.05.2013:

• you can change your subscription program anytime you want within the initial contract term after 3 months from the date on which the new contract was signed/ renewed, until you receive an offer under ZAEDNO Program.
• you can change the subscription program with a program that has the same, higher or lower monthly subscription fee.
• by migration to a subscription program with a lower monthly fee you can choose from postpaid programs which has a monthly subscription fee that is equal or higher than the monthly subscription fee of the last used subscription program for which you last signed contract or additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program.
• you can always switch back to your previous subscription program without change in your contract term.

If you have signed a new contract for the operator’s services or you have renewed your contract under ZAEDNO Program before 28.05.2013, you can change your subscription program to one with a higher or the same monthly fee by choosing one of the new postpaid programs valid as of 28.05.2013. The change may be applied from the date on which you signed the new/ renewed existing contract within the initial term of the contract for mobile services or the agreement under ZAEDNO Program until the moment you receive an offer under ZAEDNO Program.

The amount of the minutes which could be used for calls within European Union for each one of the GLOBUL Web&Talk subscription programs is valid for:

•incoming voice calls - from mobile and fixed numbers of all networks
•outgoing voice calls- to mobile and fixed numbers of operators in the European Union member states.

In order to be able to enjoy the calls in roaming to the EU, the customer should activate the roaming service according to the applicable procedures of operator.

After depletion of the MB at maximum speed, the connection speed is decreased to 64 kbps.

The initial credit limit is set to 50 BGN, except for subscription program GLOBUL Web&Talk 99.99, for which the initial credit limit is set to 100 BGN.

Minimum initial charging duration of national voice calls is 60 seconds, after which charging is per minute.

The remaining unused minutes for the respective accounting period will not be transferred to the following one.

All other services which are not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

Good to know:

Postpaid program GLOBUL Universe with monthly subscription fee of 6.49 BGN is valid until 31.07.2014.

Additional information about postpaid programs GLOBUL Universe

The amount of the minutes which could be used for calls within European Union for each one of the GLOBUL Universe subscription programs is valid for:

incoming voice calls - from mobile and fixed numbers of all networks

outgoing voice calls- to mobile and fixed numbers of operators in the European Union member states.

In order to be able to enjoy the calls in roaming to the EU, the customer should activate the roaming service according to the applicable procedures of operator.

Charging of national voice calls is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.

The remaining unused minutes for the respective accounting period will not be transferred to the following one.

The price of MMS to a mobile number in the operator network is 0.24 BGN for the GLOBUL Max 7.99 program. For programs GLOBUL Max 10.99 BGN, 13.99 BGN, 16.99 BGN and 20.99 BGN the price of MMS to a mobile number in the operator network is 0.14 BGN.

The price of a video call to mobile numbers from all national networks is 0.59 BGN/ per minute for the GLOBUL Max 7.99 program.
