Security and proper use of personal data are of exceptional importance both for us and for the people who apply for a job at Yettel. Thus, for us it is important that the persons referred and the applicants understand why and how we process their personal information when we carry out staff recruitment.
This Policy applies with respect to personal data collected and processed by Yettel in relation to the performance of staff recruitment operations and it covers the process until applicant takes up his/her duties. The processing of personal data of employees (i.e. persons who have entered into an employment contract and have taken up their duties) is not the subject of this Policy.
For the sake of greater clarity and for convenience of the readers of this Policy, examples illustrating why and/or how Yettel processes personal data are stated in many parts of it. Such examples are not part of the Policy.
