Traffic Pass Chat – terms
The Traffic Pass Chat includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Viber and WhatsApp. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.
Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Chat against the appropriate fee.
Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available.
In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.
In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Yettel applicable to it.
MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.
In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.
Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.
Traffic Pass Social media – terms
The Traffic Pass Social media includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.
Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic Pass Social media against the appropriate fee.

The Traffic Pass Music includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Apple music and Deezer. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.
Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.
Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Video against the appropriate fee.
