"Individuals with permanent disabilities" are persons with anatomical, physiological or mental disabilities, with permanently reduced ability to perform activities in the manner and to the extent possible for a healthy person, and for which there is a medical prove for reduced performance or identified disability of 50% and over 50%. The degree of disability is proved by expert decision issued by the Regional Expert Medical Commission (ТЕЛК) or National Expert Medical Commission (НЕЛК).
The discount 20% off the monthly fee is provided to individuals with permanent disabilities upon signing a contract under the standard terms of one of the offered postpaid plans by Yettel.
Individuals aged 14-18 with permanent disabilities may sign contracts only under postpaid plans Rezerv with discount of 20%
.
Individuals aged 18-24 with permanent disabilities may sign contracts under one of the following options:
•20% off the standard monthly fee under chosen postpaid plan by Yettel designed for people with permanent disabilities
or
•Postpaid plans Rezerv with 20% discount (for individuals under 24 years of age).
Individuals aged 60 or more may sign contracts under one of the following options:
• 20% off the standard monthly fee under chosen postpaid plan by Yettel designed for people with permanent disabilities
or
•Postpaid plans
Rezerv Start with 20% discount (for individuals aged 60 or more)
Individuals with permanent disabilities can benefit from the respective promotional conditions offered by Yettel for certain postpaid plans but without receiving the discount of 20% applied for individuals with permanent disabilities.
Changes in the contract or the postpaid plan, if you are using 20% off the standard monthly fee, which is applied for individuals with permanent disabilities
•You can change your fixed-term postpaid plan after the first 6 months of the initial term of using the services with this plan and no restrictions on the number of changes are applied, unless they are performed once per billing period.
• In the first 6 months of the initial term of using the services with the current plan, you can change your plan only in case you purchase a
discounted device and sign a new contract.
• You can change a postpaid plan only to a plan that has the same or higher monthly fee.
