The latest MyTelenor update to bring new functionalities and more convenience to users

The latest update of the free YettelApp mobile app offers even more convenience and new functionalities to users. With the new My Plan menu of the app Telenor residential users will have access to detailed information on their subscription plans and devices, offered in a clear and transparent way. This information includes the name of plan, the monthly fee, the contract term, the invoice date, etc. and this information is now updated every hour.

Residential customers who are eligible to contract renewal will see special button for fats and easy access to the latest Telenor offers.

The Device submenu will give detailed and up-to-date information on the smartphone services that the customers are using, including info about the devices on lease with the number and the amount of the remaining lease installments.

The Device submenu also offers info on the status of the Uprade service with the number of the installments paid and also about the existing and used discount vouchers under the Buyback service.

The insurance section gives information about the devices for which the customer has an active insurance by Telenor, including the type of the insurance product, the amount of the premium and the respective discounts, if any.

For Telenor pre-paid users, the My Plan menu offers information about the type of pre-paid plan used, the validity dates of the airtime credit and of the SIM-card as well as info about the existing and used discount vouchers under the Buyback service.

The new version 2.1 of the YettelApp app is now available in Google Play and Apple App Store.
