Telenor Bulgaria offers the „Online protect” service to its post-paid private and business customers. The solution is specially developed by the company to ensure the security of their smart devices as well as to protect them from viruses, phishing, malware, worms, spam and compromised sites.

Online protect is now available in two versions, and users can choose the type of protection, which they use - only in the operator's network or in all networks. The service can be activated quickly and easily, with just one click via the MyTelenor Bulgaria application or in the operator's stores.

The protection is constantly updated, for greater security of the user, as it is running in different operating systems and warns of potential dangers that might threaten the customers’ devices while browsing the Internet. With MyTelenor Bulgaria App every Telenor customer can regularly monitor the threats from which the device has been protected.

The new Online protect on all networks service also offers a high level of adaptability, and sites that the customer deems undesirable can be added so that customers can receive alerts while browsing with their device or be able to remove sites from their list in case they don’t consider them a danger. Online protect on all networks offers protection not only while browsing the Internet, but also while downloading files or applications, including the one that have already installed on users' devices. In addition, the service offers an option to detect the device on a card in cases where it is lost or stolen.

The Online protect on all networks service can be tested by the operator's customers with a three-month test period at no additional charge. Users can take advantage of this period if they haven’t used this service yet.
