Information about the business hours of the Telenor shops in December

The Telenor shops will have changed business hours in December.

Between December 19 and 22 the operator’s shops across the country will be open 9:00 to 20:00 while the stores in the trade centers will be open with the business hours of the respective location. The shop in Sofia Business Park will have its regular opening times and will be closed on the official non-working days.

On December 23 and 24 the shops across the country will be open 9:00 to 18:00 and on December 24 the stores in the shopping centers and Fantastico store chain will be open 10:00 to 18:00.

Christmas, December 25, will be an official holiday for all Telenor shops, except the one in Serdika Center in Sofia which will be open 12:00 to 20:00. On December 26, all the stores across the country will be open 10:00 to 18:00 and the ones in the trade centers and Fantastico stores will have their standard open hours.

On the business days between the holidays, all Telenor shops will operate with their standard schedule. On December 31, all shops across the country will be open 9:00 to 16:00 and most of the stores in the big trading centers will be open for business from 10:00 to 18:00.

On January 1, 2019, all Telenor shops will be closed. From January 2 all stores will return to their regular business hours. Detailed information on the open times of all shops is also available via the YettelApp mobile app.
