Numbers in the For friends group

• Defining the numbers of the For Friends group is done with the standard procedure by following the directions in option 4 of the Automated Information Service on 123. The operator numbers should be entered in format 08xxxxxxxx (or 08хххххххх in case the phone number is ported in to the operator network), while the international in format 00 and the country code.
• After filling up the list with maximum possible numbers of the For Friends group, you can change the numbers of this group anytime. Changing a number in the group is charged 0.60 BGN with VAT.

The numbers in the For Friends group using GLOBUL Smart Group and GLOBUL Smart 15.00 subscription programs can be maximum 12, from which up to 3 can be numbers from international Zone 1, and the rest can be operator numbers. In redirecting calls to the number of the group the call is charged as voice calls to GLOBUL Zone 1 or for international calls. Depending on how you prefer, the following combinations are possible:

• 3 international numbers + 9 operator numbers
• 2 international numbers + 10 operator numbers
• 1 international number + 11 operator numbers
• 0 international numbers + 12 operator numbers

Subscription program change

• Migration to another subscription program to a program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases of renewal of the current contract with ZAEDNO program or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
• Migration to another subscription program / package GLOBUL Universe with no term contract to a program / package by signing a term contract or to another subscription program / package with no term contract is possible at any time by requesting it in the retail chain store of the operator.
• When changing the subscription program before the expiry of the contract period, included standard program conditions applied for the selected subscription program (discounts, minutes, SMS, MMS, MB).

Spending and validity of minutes

• Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month.
• The weekend minutes can be used for calls to all within operator network form 0.00 on Saturday to 24:00 on Sunday.
• In case of promotions, under which promotional additional minutes, SMS or MMS are given, the standard included minutes, SMS or MMS under the relevant program are used with priority, and then the promotional additional minutes, SMS or MMS are used. Exception represent only the promotional weekend minutes which are depleted with the highest priority. The additional promotional minutes, SMS, MMS and MB are valid if the customer’s number is active on the date of receiving and the customers did not change the used rate plan.
• The additional promotional minutes, SMS, MMS and MB are valid if the customer’s number is active on the date of receiving and the customers did not change the used rate plan.
• The promotional MB (if any) will not be active if during their validity period an add-on package GoWeb Unlimited is activated.

Charging and counting

• For the period, starting from the activation of the card to the issuing of the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of minutes for a proportional part of the monthly subscription.
• The minimum initial charging time is 60 seconds, after which charging is applied per second, except for GLOBUL UNIVERSE 9,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 12,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 19,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 24,90 and GLOBUL UNIVERSE 39,90 programs with standard included number of minutes respectively 100, 150, 300, 400 and 800 minutes for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks, to numbers from Zone 1 and Zone 2 for international calls and roaming within the European Union, for the GLOBUL Max 9.90 program with standard number of included 300 minutes within operator mobile network and 300 minutes to operator fixed network, for the GLOBUL Max 12.90 program with standard number of included 500 minutes within GLOBUL mobile network and 500 minutes to GLOBUL fixed network, for postpaid programs GLOBUL Unlimited with monthly fees of 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN, 29.90 BGN, 34.90 BGN and 39.90 BGN and standard included 2000 minutes and 2000 SMS within operator mobile network and respectively 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 standard included minutes to other national networks, as well as for GLOBUL Smart 5.00, GLOBUL Smart 6.90, GLOBUL Smart 9.90 and GLOBUL Smart 15.00 programs.
• When a call forward is activated, the call is charged as a standard call to a number of relevant network operator.

Originally the credit limit is set to 50 BGN.
