For you

With this service you can pay bills and enter deposits to Telenor by the use of ATMs all over the country. The service is accessible round-the-clock and all you need is a debit card, issued from a Bulgarian bank, which belongs to the BORIKA payment system.

How does it work

 

Bill payments
To pay the bill of a Telenor subscriber, follow the ATM instructions. You need to know the subscriber's number of the invoice, which is to be paid. See the subscriber's number in the invoice or receive it by sending SMS containing 11 to number 1000 from the mobile phone whose bill you want to pay. You can pay the whole amount or part of it. In case of partial payment the amount to be paid is to be accurately selected.

Deposits
You can enter a deposit to Telenor via ATM. You need to enter the mobile number for which a deposit is made and to follow ATM instructions. The deposit can be between 20 and 3000 Lv.

Attention: to facilitate clients, the entering of the subscriber's number or the mobile number is performed only the first time the service is used. No entry is required upon subsequent payments from the same debit card to the same number.

Requisites for service use
Not all banks in Bulgaria are included in the BORIKA payment system. Your debit card and the ATM ought to belong to a bank included in the payment system. To this moment there are 26 such banks: Postbank, Bulbank, DSK Bank, Bulgarian National Bank, Biochim, First Investment Bank, SG Expressbank, Central Cooperative Bank, Tokuda Credit Express, Hebrosbank, BNP Pariba, First East International Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Unionbank, Economic and Investment Bank, Municipal Bank, TB Bulgaria Invest, ING bank, Investbank, Demirbank, Roseximbank, Corporate Commercial Bank, Eurobank, Piraeosbank, Procredit Bank, Alpha Bank.

How much does it cost

Upon payment via ATM, the bank, which has issued the debit card, withholds a specific amount.
This amount is different for the different banks and equals the amount, deducted upon payment via POS terminal.

How do I get the service

 

Step by Step
Bill payment
After placing the debit card in the ATM from main menu select successively:

  • Other services
  • Bill payment
  • Telenor
  • Bill payment
  • A window with the following question will appear: "Will you use the last number paid by you?"
  • If you have already paid the number with this debit card, click Yes and you will be transferred to the window containing a receipt question.
  • If you are paying with this debit card for the first time or you wish to pay the bill of another mobile number, click No.
  • The next window requires the entry of the unique 9-digit subscriber's number from the invoice. If you do not have the invoice with you, you can receive the subscriber's number by sending SMS containing 11 to number 1000.
  • The "Would you like a receipt?" question follows.
  • The next window requires the entry of the PIN code of your debit card.
  • The next window displays the subscriber's number, the amount due to Telenor and the amount available in your card. Here you can choose to pay the whole amount or part of it.
    • Upon payment of the whole amount a registration of the amount is performed. If you have requested a receipt, the information regarding the paid amount is printed out.
    • Upon partial payment, a window appears, where you specify precisely the amount you wish to pay after which a registration of the amount is performed. If you have requested a receipt, the information regarding the paid amount and the due remainder is printed out.


Deposits
Upon placing the debit card in the ATM select successively from the main menu:

  • Other services
  • Bill payment
  • Telenor
  • Deposits
  • A window with the following question will appear: "Will you use the last number paid by you?"
  • If you have already paid a deposit with this debit card, click Yes and you will be transferred to the window containing a receipt question.
  • If you are paying deposit for the first time with this debit card or you wish to make a deposit for another mobile number, click No.
  • The next window requires the entry of the mobile number for which you would like to increase the credit limit.
  • A window will appear where you have to specify precisely the deposit amount.
  • The "Would you like a receipt?" question follows.
  • Next you have to enter the PIN code of your debit card.
  • The next window displays the mobile number, the deposit amount and the amount available in your card. Here you confirm payment.
  • A payment registration follows. If you have requested a receipt, information about the deposit entered will be printed out.
