What is Limit for mobile internet in roaming?
In accordance with the EU Fair use policy Yettel provides a safety mechanism for avoiding very high bills while using a mobile internet abroad.
This limit is 117,35 BGN (VAT Included) per billing period for customers upon postpaid plans and per month for customers upon prepaid plans.
All of the customers upon postpaid and prepaid plans who have an active roaming service, also have an automatically activated Limit for mobile internet in roaming, valid all over the world.
The Limit for mobile internet in roaming does not apply for add-ons.
What happens if I reach the Limit for mobile internet in roaming?
When reaching 80% and 100% from the limit you will receive a notification SMS. In case you deplete 100% from the Limit for your mobile internet in roaming will be stopped. The above services are applicable when the visited network in the visited country allows Yettel to do real-time monitoring of the customer’s consumption.
If you would like to continue using mobile internet in roaming after reaching 100% of your limit you can choose one of the following options:
• To stop the Limit for mobile internet in roaming temporarily so that you can use mobile internet till the next invoice.
•To stop the Limit for mobile internet completely so that you can continue using of mobile internet without limit. In this case, if you decide to use limit for mobile internet again you will need to activate it by yourself.
How can I deactivate the Limit for mobile internet in roaming till the next invoice?
You can deactivate the Limit for mobile internet in roaming by the most convenient option for you:
•Through the My Yettel mobile app;
•By visiting the My Yettel web portal;
•By free calling to *124# and choosing option 3;
•By sending an SMS to 1214 with text “P” or blank SMS to 1215 (you will be charged according to the roaming zone you are within);
•By calling to 123 (you will be charged according to the roaming price in the roaming zone you are within);
•By making an application in Yettel’s store for deactivation the Limit for mobile internet in roaming.
The temporary deactivation of the Limit for mobile internet in roaming is valid for the billing period within it is made (and for the prepaid customers for a 30 days period). After its expiration, with the beginning of the next billing period, you will have Limit for mobile internet in roaming again.
How can I deactivate the Limit for mobile internet in roaming completely?
In case you choose to stop the Limit for mobile internet in roaming service completely Yettel will not restrict the using of mobile internet in roaming until you activate the service again.
To deactivate the service use one of the following channels:
•Through the mobile application My Yettel;
•By visiting the web portal My Yettel;
•By free calling to *124# and choosing option 2;
•By sending an SMS to 1214 with text “D” (you will be charged according to the roaming zone you are within);
•By making an application in Yettel’s store for deactivation the Limit for mobile internet in roaming.
How can I activate my Limit for mobile internet in roaming?
In case you have deactivated your Limit for mobile internet in roaming till the next invoice and decide to activate it again you can choose one of the following channels:
•By calling to 123 (you will be charged per call according to the roaming zone you are within)
•By making an application in Yettel’s store for activation the Limit for mobile internet in roaming.
* The temporary deactivation of the Limit for mobile internet in roaming is valid for the billing period within it is made (and for the prepaid customers for a 30 days period). After its expiration, with the beginning of the next billing period, you will have Limit for mobile internet in roaming again.
In case you have deactivated your Limit for mobile internet in roaming and decide to activate it again you can choose one of the following channels:•Through the mobile application My Yettel;

If you are using a 3G or 4G modem for a laptop you can manage your Limit for mobile internet in roaming only by sending an SMS to 1214 with the appropriate text (in accordance with the description above).
