Telenor rolls out Buy Online service

Telenor customer now may purchase mobile devices and accessories and renew their contracts with the operator with the new Buy Online service, available at the company’s official website www.telenor.bg .

With Buy Online customers may renew their subscription and can purchase a device and accessories in cash or on a lease. Delivery is totally free of charge anywhere in Bulgaria and users may also opt to get their new devices at an address of their choice or at the nearest Telenor shop. New plan subscriptions are active at the moment of delivery. If no prepayment is needed, users may also choose how to pay for their purchase – pay online with a bank card or pay in cash upon delivery.

Presently, contract renewal with the Buy Online service is available to residential customers only and all clients who wish to renew their subscription need registration with the MyTelenor internet portal. Purchases of devices and accessories in cash and without subscription are possible without registration.

There some exclusive offers coming with the Buy Online service. Smartphone models that are currently available from Telenor only with Buy Online include Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512GB , Huawei Mate 20, Xiaomi Pocophone F1 64GB, Motorola Moto G6 Plus among others. The first Buy Online customers will also get special gifts from Telenor.
