Telenor online shop now with signing new contracts functionalities

Telenor’s online shopping service Buy Online now offers convenient, fast and easy signing of new subscription contracts for a new number for both existing and new customers.

The e-shop also offers migrating a pre-paid number to monthly subscription and stating intention for porting a number from another operator into Telenor network.

With the new functionalities of its online shopping service, the operator fulfilled its promise, made eight months ago when the Buy Online service was launched and made it fully accessible for all mobile users in Bulgaria. So far, the subscription service was open to existing customers only and for extending existing contracts.

Existing Telenor customers who had registered with the Buy Online service must sign in their profile and choose from the new contract or the pre-to-postpaid migration options. Then, they must choose a new subscription plan and if they want to purchase a device with it. Customer may choose all paperwork delivered for free to any address in Bulgaria or to a Telenor shop of their choice.

Customers who are not Telenor clients and want to sign a contract with the operator may do so by visiting the e-shop as ‘guests’ and enjoy the same free delivery options. Mobile users who want to port their numbers into Telenor network may also use the Buy Online service as guests and book a visit with a Telenor shop of their choice.

Along with the new e-shop functionalities, until August 31, 2019, Telenor offers select smartphones at up to BGN 150 discount with a two-year subscription for Total+plan.The offer is valid for online purchases only and encompasses Huawei P20 Pro (dark blue) , Mate 20 Lite (black) , P Smart 2019 (Sapphire blue) and Y7 2019 (red) , Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (dark blue) , Galaxy A20e (корал) , Galaxy А40 64GB (black) , Xiaomi Mi8 Explorer 128GB (transparent) , POCOPHONE F1 64GB (grey) and Meizu M8 64GB (blue).
