In case of event, covered by the insurance policy, customer should notify Telenor by calling short number 123. If the damage is repairable, it will be repaired in the Telenor repair center. If the device is damaged beyond repair or is stolen, it will be replaced with a new device of the same brand and model or similar if the insured device is no longer available. In case of an approved claim, customers should also pay participation fee, which will be duly noted and included in the policy in advance. Telenor will not pay out any amounts of money for coverage of damages under the Smartphone Protect insurance.
