Telenor received a “Responsible company – Responsible Employees” certificate by BCause Foundation, the Bulgarian Association for People Management and the Bulgarian Association for Public Relations. The certificate is granted for contribution to the development of workplace donations and corporate volunteering for 2018.
In 2018, the telecom won the award for innovations in its payroll giving program. Thanks to the special Digital Office mobile application, company employees can join the program and start donating with just a few taps on their mobile phones. The innovative digital solution is gaining popularity among employees and is another way to encourage their involvement in important social causes as part of the company's sustainability policy.
