Telenor Bulgaria offers for all its customers the Smartphone Protect insurance, which can now be concluded up to 180 days from the purchase of the device. The requirement is that the device functions normally and that there are no breakages or unauthorized repairs.

There are two insurance products available to Telenor customers: Smartphone Protect, which offers protection in case of accidental or malicious damage to the device, and Smartphone Protect+, which also offers protection in case of theft.

The insurance policy is not bound by a fixed-term contract and can be terminated at any time without due penalties. The insurance premium depends on the price without a subscription to the device in Telenor and the selected insurance product and is added to the customer's monthly bill. The conclusion of the insurance can take place in any Telenor store, where the device will be inventoried, described, and insured.
