The new Total+ plans come with dеdicated traffic bundles and new digital services

The new Тотал+ tariff plans by Telenor are the first on Bulgarian market to offer mobile service customers the freedom to activate dedicated data bundles for use with many popular mobile apps and to choose which subscription digital service to add to their plan.

Depending on the Total+ plan, customers may activate at no additional cost a varying number and types of data traffic bundles for many apps including chat, social media, music and video.

The Chat traffic bundle offers data for use of Viber and Whatsapp, while the Social Media traffic bundle gives data to use with Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. The Music bundle provides data for the music streaming services Apple Music and Deezer, and the Video bundle gives data traffic for HBO GO, PLAY DIEMAXTRA and the kids and young adults content apps Buba Play and Nickelodeon Play (making its debut on Bulgarian market).

All data bundles offer 10000 МВ per month for use with the respective apps and are available with a two year subscription for select Total+ plans. The traffic bundles are valid for the full duration of contract. Telenor plans to add more apps to all bundles and will do so whenever possible. New apps will be included in their respective bundles automatically and this will not require any action by the customers.

Besides traffic bundles, specific Total+ plans also offer swappable slots for subscription digital service that users may add to their plans. Depending on the plan, customers will have one, two or three slots for services and the present selection includes Deezer, Buba Play, Nickelodeon Play, HBO GO and PLAY DIEMAXTRA. These services will be available to Telenor customers without additional charge for the first twelve months of their contract and after that will be offered at a special discount monthly subscription. Subscribers are free to swap the selected services once per month.

Subscribers of Total+ plans with traffic bundles and service slots must choose and activate the respective services via the newly updated and redesigned MyTelenor mobile app, version 2.0 (or higher).
