GLOBUL FIRST PRESENTS PERSONAL VIDEO OFFERS TO ITS CLIENTS

GLOBUL is the first telecommunication company in Bulgaria to provide its subscribers with personalized video offers based on their individual needs.

Personal videos show specific data regarding users’ monthly consumption in an interesting and innovative way, offering them the most relevant telecommunication services to help them control their expenses more efficiently. Other videos aim at informing clients about the benefits of mobile version of MyGLOBUL internet portal, the E-Invoice service or their personal offers under the ZAEDNO Program.

Еach GLOBUL subscriber will be notified via SMS upon receiving a personal video and will be able to watch it directly on his/ her smartphone or at MyGLOBUL internet portal. In case the video comes with a personal offer, the user will be able to take advantage of it online or at any shop from GLOBUL retail chain at a convenient time. The video is valid for 30 days and the data traffic for watching it would be free of charge.
