DIMITRIS BLATSIOS IS GLOBUL’S EXECUTIVE CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

GLOBUL announces that Mr. Dimitris Blatsios has been appointed Executive Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Blatsios is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Products & Services and Customer Services Divisions.

He joins GLOBUL following a successful course as General Manager in GERMANOS Telecom Romania, since October 2006. Before that, Mr. Blatsios was in charge of the international retail division of GERMANOS Group of Companies (Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, FYROM and Cyprus).

Prior to joining the GERMANOS Group, he held top managerial positions in various multinational companies, such as Henkel and Johnson & Johnson, where he was also member of the Administration Board.

GLOBUL is the trademark under which Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD offers mobile telecommunications services in Bulgaria. The company is 100% owned by COSMOTE (member of OTE Group), the operator with the widest presence in Southeast Europe. As of the end of March 2009, GLOBUL has nearly 4.1 million subscribers, while its services are available to 99.96% of Bulgaria’s population, covering over 98.92% of the country’s territory.
