11 October 2021The autumn edition of Digital Scouts receives even more awards, knowledge, and surprises from Telenor
Telenor Bulgaria continues to help children to successfully deal with the dangers online
After the huge success of the summer edition of the campaign "Digital Scouts: You know, before you scroll", Telenor Bulgaria has now launched its autumn sequel, which will help children and young people from all over the country in a curious and fun way to learn more about how to be safe and secure online. Exclusively on October 30 and 31, an exciting adventure will once again bring delight to all young and old digital scouts with even more and more interesting puzzles, activities and surprises.
In the last two online editions of the initiative, nearly 40,000 children and teenagers from across the country took part in the game, going through a series of questions and situations dedicated to safe online behaviour. The autumn edition of the initiative will once again "test" and improve their knowledge, and on October 30 and 31 all children and young people who want to test their knowledge of online safety will be able to solve 15 puzzles a day. Advanced mechanics enable the fastest and most accurate digital scouts to win additional, secure prizes by being in the Top 10 of the best participants in the application. All who successfully complete the game will also try their luck to win one of the 100 prizes that will be distributed through a raffle after the end of the game. The application is available completely free of charge in the two online stores Google Play and App Store, and everyone who has already downloaded it can keep an eye for the update, which will remind them when it's time to embark on the digital adventure again.
The operator continues its responsible mission to educate children and young people on online safety by provoking them through an interactive online game to learn more about how to protect themselves from the dangers they may encounter online. Through the Digital Scouts application, which is specially developed by Telenor Bulgaria to support the education of young people in the country for online safety, they will learn how to react properly and deal with various situations such as online harassment, online identity theft, passwords and online security and many other risks in the digital world that they may face on a daily basis.
For an even more exciting experience, the autumn edition of Digital Scouts will help participants meet some of the most popular people and influencers in our country, who also stand behind Telenor's cause for safe internet and support the operator's activities to build a secure online space for all their customers. Among them are the boys from Andy Studio, Damyan Diamandiev from Haha.bg, Emil Conrad, the singer Dara and more.
More information about the upcoming activities around Digital Scouts, as well as the full rules for participation can be found on the operator's website.
