MATERIALITY ASSESSMENT
As a company that offers services “to all”, we
interact daily with a large number of stake-
holders who take interest in different aspects
of our business. To ensure that we address all
issues important to our stakeholders, custom-
ers, partners, and government, we conducted
amaterialityassessment with the assistence of
our consultant denkstatt. We utilized both GRI
– G4 guidelines and the methodology applied
by Telenor Group. We began the process by
determining key stakeholders. We looked at all
groups who are directly or indirectly impacted
by our business. We keep a regular open
dialogue with them, so that we can adequately
respond to their changing needs in a dynamic
market environment. Transparent communi-
cation with stakeholders is key to achieving
our long-term goals. We believe that open-
ness and transparent dialogue contribute to
more productive relationships, enhance our
stakeholder engagement with topics of joint
interest and help produce more efficient solu-
tions.
