Telenor’s corporate responsibility report
SCOPE OF THE REPORT
Until November 4, 2014, the company operated
under the brand GLOBUL, with GERMANOS as
a key trading partner. On July 3rd, 2014 Ger-
manos Telekom Bulgaria EAD (GERMANOS)
merged with Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD
(GLOBUL). As of October 28, 2014 the legal
name of the company is Telenor Bulgaria EAD.
This report covers Telenor’s business activities
on the territory of Bulgaria, starting January 1,
2014 through December 31, 2014 and data for
the period before the merger has been recal-
culated to cover both GLOBULand GERMANOS
activities. This report contains business data
for 2012, 2013 and 2014 and data from prior
periods was recalculated to cover the activities
of GERMANOS as well.
This is our fifth annual corporate responsibili-
ty report. Each report covers a period of 1 year
of our activities; however, in previous pub-
lications it reflected just GLOBUL activities,
while the current one includes the GERMANOS
performance. All our reports are available on
Telenor’s corporate website.
