ABOUT THE REPORT
We are pleased to present to the reader Tele-
nor’s 2014 corporate responsibility report.
In developing it we followed the Global Re-
porting Initiative’s (GRI) fourth generation of
guidelines and methodology requirements
(Content Index – “Core”). To determine the
topics with greatest significance to our key
stakeholders we conducted preliminary anal-
ysis that helped us select the areas of corpo-
rate responsibility highlighted here. Our goal

This report was prepared with the assistance
of our environmental management and sus-
tainability consultant denkstatt and has not
undergone a third party review. The report is
available only in electronic version at our web-
site
in both Bulgarian and En-
glish. We chose electronic distribution in order
to reduce usage of paper - a resource we con-
sider very important
