(Amended and supplemented on March 20, 2019, amended on October 13, 2020, supplemented on 21.04.2021). These data are required for initial registration in the Application, and include a mobile number, a unique identifier and a verification access code.  The mobile number and the unique identifier are provided through our own authentication service which is compliant with the OAuth 2.0. standard.

(Supplemented on October 13, 2020, amended on April 06, 2023) A) For users who do not use Yettel services (e.g. electronic communication services or Yettel TV) - data provided in the authentication process – email and/or mobile number; These are name and surname, PIN, mobile number, customer number, term of contract (if applicable), status.

B) For users who use Yettel services (e.g. electronic communication services or Yettel TV) - name and surname, PIN, mobile number, customer number, contract term (if applicable), status. 

(Supplemented on 21.04.2021.) (Supplemented on 30 May 2025) This data are about actions performed by a Yettel App user whereby he/she manages services through the Application.  In case the number with which the user uses the Application has an authorization level of “Primary number” or “Administrator number” and/or the necessary Identification level, the User will also be able to manage other number’s services which are on subscription and belong to the User.

Such are the data for activation and/or deactivation of bundles, together with the data for activation and deactivation of specific services (such as roaming, roaming limits, SMS roaming charges, portability messages, Cash in Time, temporary activation, etc.), including:   

  • Type of action (activation/ deactivation);   

  • Date and exact time of the action;   

  • Type of activated/ deactivated package or service (e.g., HBO MAX, mobile Internet package, roaming package, etc.);   

  • Applicable conditions and prices for an activated/ deactivated package or service, etc.

(Amended and supplemented on October 13, 2020) This data are for the documents under art. 260, para. 2 and under art. 261a, para. 1 of the Electronic Communications Act (ECA), as well as current bill.

(Supplemented on October 13, 2020) Such data are:    

- Invoice number;   

- Issue date;   

- Data relating to the specified recipient of the invoice;   

- Payment deadline;    

- Reporting period;    

- Total amount due;    

- Monthly fees’ amount;    

- Billed consumption, including aggregated service information (e.g. domestic calls, SMS, etc.), as well as detailed information contained in the detailed report (if such is ordered);    

- Other services billed (e.g. Pay with Yettel);    

- Invoice status (paid / unpaid).

This are data on the available balance (credit) of a prepaid card, its validity term and the validity term of its prepaid card.

(Supplemented on 21.04.2021) (Supplemented on 30 May 2025) This are data for the consumption remaining at a given time from the applicable plan/ package of the mobile number with which Yettel App is used or, if the number with which the user uses the Application has an authorization level of “Primary number” or “Administrator number” and/or the necessary Identification level, these data will also include information on other numbers that are on subscription tariff and which belong to the user.

Such data are:   

  • Remaining megabytes;   

  • Remaining minutes; 

  • Remaining SMS; 

  • Remaining MMS.

This is data processed for the purposes of payment of bills or recharging prepaid card using Yettel App.

Such data are:   

  • If the user has chosen to save any credit or debit card information in the Application for subsequent payments, the following limited information is processed: card type (e.g., Visa or Mastercard); 

  • the last four digits of the card number; validity (month and year) of the card; unique card number (token);   

  • Unique transaction number;   

  • Payment/ recharging date and time;   

  • Paid/ recharged amount;   

  • Client number in relation to which the user pays a bill using Yettel App; 

  • The pre-paid card mobile number (in case a pre-paid card is being charged, which is different from the one with which the Yettel App is used);   

  • Payment history.

This аре data that reveal information as to whether packages or services that can be managed through the Application (e.g. roaming, HBO MAX, additional Internet packages, etc.) are active, and in the case of an activated package, the information also includes the term of validity.

This are automatically generated data that contain information as to how users use the Application.

Such data are:   

  • Device ID;   

  • IP address;   

  • Version of the Application used by the user;   

  • Operating version of the device the User has used the application with (Android or iOS);   

  • -(amended on April 06, 2023) MSISDN/email, with which the Application is used;   

  • Type of the action done (e.g. Application log in, check of current bill, activation of roaming service, bill payment, etc.);   

  • Status of the completed action (successful, failed);   

  • Date and time of the completed action.

This are data about the end device (e.g. mobile phone or tablet) the User has used the application with, which is automatically generated upon Application installation.

Such data are:     

  • Brand and model;   

  • type and version of the operating system;   

  • Video screen resolution of the device (e.g. 720х1280, 1920х1080 etc.).

We use third-party analytical tools (Google Analytics) to help us measure traffic, performance, and trends in using the Application. These tools collect information that is sent from the user's device (regardless of Yettel App) and from the Application. Analytical audience measurement data are aggregated along with other users' data in a way that does not allow an individual user to be identified.

(Supplemented on January 3, 2019) As of January 10, 2019 we use the Advertising Features functionality of Google Analytics which allows us to receive aggregated information about age, gender and interests of the users of the Application in a manner that does not permit their identification. To this end Google Analytics also collects information associated with the mobile advertising ID of the mobile devices with which the users access and use the Application. More information on mobile advertising IDs and how they are used by Google may be found here:

Such data are:   

  • aggregated consumption data, total number of new/ existing users, sessions, share and type of operating systems, devices and operating systems used;   

  • aggregated data about browsing in the Application, pages visited, how and where the relevant pages were accessed, and in what order they were viewed;     

  • aggregated performance data for different app stores, how users reach the Application, which are the most effective in attracting users to the Application;     

  • (Supplemented on January 3, 2019) aggregated data bout the age, gender and interests of the users of the Application.

We use third party’s analytical tools (Firebase Crashlytics) to help us support the Application, including to prevent, detect, and remove errors in its operation. These tools collect information that is sent from the user's device (regardless of Yettel App) and from the Application. Analytical error data in the Application is aggregated along with the data of other users in a way that does not allow the identification of an individual user.

Such data are:   

  • aggregated consumption data, total new/ old users, sessions, share and type of operating systems, devices and operating systems used;   

  • aggregated data about the browsing in the Application, pages visited, how and where the relevant pages were accessed, and in what order they were viewed;     

  • aggregated data on problems, errors or crashes in the Application (including of its own functionalities or elements);

(Amended on 21.04.2021, amended on April 06, 2023) To be able to provide information to a user about our nearest store or for the use of other Yettel App functionalities, it is necessary to process device location data with which the user uses the application. Access to such data is always subject to the user’s consent which is provided through the permission functionalities of the operating system.

These are data regarding certain parameters that are selected by the users who use Yettel services, or which apply by default in case the users have not made a choice.  With their help the users are able to manage certain functionalities of the Application and/or the way content is presented in the Application.

Such data are, for example:     

  • the user selected or default language of the Application;     

  • the activation of an additional PIN code for accessing the Application;     

  • the user selected or default content of the information located in the initial screen of the Application;     

  • the given or withdrawn consents of the user and etc.

(Supplemented on 21.04.2021, supplemented on April 06, 2023) (Supplemented on 30 May 2025) These are data for users of the Application who use Yettel services (e.g. electronic communication services or Yettel TV). This includes prepaid or postpaid plan for the relevant service If the mobile number with which the user uses the Application is in Yettel’s network has an authorization level of “Primary number” or “Administrator number” and/or the necessary Identification level, these data will also include information on other numbers that are on a subscription tariff and belong to the user.

Such data are, for example:     

  • what services are included in the plan and/or can be used with it;     

  • parameters of the services that are included in the plan and/or that can be used with it (included minutes or megabytes, digital services, etc.) and others;   

  • (Supplemented on April 06, 2023) the additional services that can be included in the plan;

  • (Supplemented on August 23, 2019) information relating to devices and/or accessories purchased or leased with the plan, if any;   

  • (Supplemented on August 23, 2019) information relating to active additional services in connection with the devices and accessories purchased or leased with the plan, if any (e.g. Upgrade, Buyback, insurance, etc.).

  • (Supplemented on April 06, 2023) service identificatior;

  • (Supplemented on 30 May 2025) service name – at the User’s discretion.

These are data related to travel insurance "Smart Tourist" with respect to the mobile number with which a User uses the Application. These data also include data on Insured persons that are different from the consumer (if any).

Such data are for example:   

  • Contents of the policy;   

  • Date and term of the policy;   

  • Name, date of birth, age and address of the insurer;   

  • Email address of the insurer;   

  • Names, dates of birth and age of the Insureds (if any);   

  • Travel history (if any), etc.

These are data that are processed with the consent of the User in connection with Smart Tourist insurance and include data on the country / countries visited by the User in roaming, as well as the length of his/her stay there. The data is based solely on the data of the mobile network with which the User's device, which he uses abroad, has connected in roaming and does not reveal his specific location. These data make it possible to provide insurance coverage for the travel insurance "Smart Tourist".

This are data about users of the Application who use Yettel services (for example, electronic communication services or Yettel TV).These include specified or default level of authorization of the number with which the Application is used or of another number belonging to the same subscriber (Primary number, Administartor number, Authorized number, or number for which no other level of authorization is specified).

These are data that relate do the “Online protect” service.

For instance, such data are:   

  • Type of add-on for the service “Online protect”;   

  • Date for activation or deactivation;   

  • Number for which the “Online protect” service is activated or deactivated;   

  • Level of authorization of the number that activates/deactivates the “Online protect” service, or for which the “Online protect” service is activated/deactivated;   

  • “Online protect” settings;   

  • Aggregated information (in the form of reports and queries) for the use of the “Online protect” service, and others.

These are data that relate to offers selected by Yettel for the users.

Such data are, for example:   

  • Name of the offer, e.g. of the rate plan;   

  • Monthly fee;   

  • Terms and conditions of the proposed rate plan.

These are data that relate to documents generated through the Application upon request of the user, as well as to documents that are electronically signed by the user and Yettel through the Application.

Such data are, for example:   

  • Document type (e.g. additional agreement, declaration, etc.);   

  • File format and file name;   

  • Date and hour of document generation;   

  • Contents of the document;   

  • Logs relating to actions performed throughout the process of electronic signature of the document (if the document is signed);   

  • Unique number of the order to which the document relates.

These are data that are generated in the process of electronic signature of documents through the Application.

Such data are, for example:   

  • Data relating to Generated documents;   

  • Yettel App usage data which relate to the signature process (e.g. types of actions performed and time of their performance);   

  • Device data which relate to the signature process (e.g. type and version of the operating system);   

  • (Supplemented on 30 May 2025) Data on the level of authorization and/or the necessary Identification level. 

These are data voluntarily provided by Users when submitting an inquiry through the Application, whether in relation to a specific invoice or for other reasons.

These are data the User is required to provide for the purpose of delivery to a specified address.

Such data are, for example:       

  • Contact details; 

  • Delivery address.
