Your preferences and informed choices are key to providing you with relevant marketing offers and deals. With your help, we can also conduct various forms of analysis that show us how to develop, evolve and improve our own products and services, as well as to perfectly improve modern society by supporting the high-tech initiatives of our partners.

Our goal is to improve your experience by offering personalized content, care and relevant offers that are tailored to your preferences and consumption. To achieve this goal, with your permission, we will use your personal data so that we can tailor our services and offers to better meet your needs. Over time, this will allow us to provide you with better recommendations and support.

It is important to know that based on this consent, Yettel will not provide your personal data to its partners; information about their offers will be sent to you by us during working hours and days, in one of the ways listed above.

If you give us your consent, in addition to your other data that Yettel processes in its capacity as a personal data administrator, Yettel will also use:

- Consumption data, which is system information about incoming and outgoing calls, sent and received messages and data, conducted mobile internet sessions and type of connection;

- Data about the device used includes brand, model, serial number and operating system version;

- Location data, which is approximate, i.e. it shows the range of which base station of our mobile network your device is located.

Consumption data, device used and location are stored for up to 6 months.

If you give us your consent, based on aggregated information about your and our other customers' consumption, device used and location, we will be able to assess, for example, where to locate our next mobile cell or store, which mobile cells need improvement or optimization, what new services would be interesting, as well as which of our existing products and services should be improved. Consumption data is systematic information about incoming and outgoing phone calls, sent and received messages and data, conducted mobile internet sessions and type of connection. This data does not in any way include the content of your communication - Yettel does not record or eavesdrop on your conversations, nor does it read your messages, chats or letters. Data about the device used includes brand, model, serial number, and operating system version. Location data is approximate, as it shows the range of which base station of our mobile network your device is located. The data is processed in aggregate form and refers to a period of 6 months.

With this consent, we will be able to support various initiatives of our partners – non-profit organizations, public institutions and/or commercial organizations, and through them we will always strive to contribute to the high-tech development of our society. By analyzing structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, as well as by developing and using various statistical models based on modern methods and technologies for information processing and machine learning, we will be able to support various projects and services that improve the quality of our everyday lives. For example, based on aggregated data from the mobile network on the movement of people, we will be able to support projects to improve the urban environment and the way of moving around in cities. Through predictive models for visits to retail outlets, we will be able to help shop and restaurant owners to better plan the location of their retail outlets, opening hours and staff schedules.

Based on this consent, Yettel will not provide your personal data to its partners; they will only be provided with analytical services. It is possible that, when providing these services, Yettel may transmit aggregated statistical information to its partners, but only to the extent that it is completely anonymous and does not allow your identification. For example, Yettel may provide Municipality X with information on how many of its users (of course, to the extent that they have given this consent) visited the central square during a technology and innovation event organized by it, as well as what percentage of them are men/women aged between 25-30, so that the municipality can report the attendance of the event by its target audience and improve its organization in the future, but it will not be provided with information on who these users were, nor any other information on the basis of which their identification would be possible.

It is important to know that Yettel and its partners will not make automated individual decisions regarding you in connection with the processing of data subject to this consent.

Upon receipt of consent, we will process all data that Yettel has in its capacity as a personal data controller, including consumption, location and device data. More information about the data Yettel processes can be found in the personal data and/or privacy policies published at www.yettel.bg/privacy.

Providing this consent is not mandatory and you will not suffer any negative consequences if you refuse to provide it. If you provide your consent, you can withdraw it at any time completely free of charge through Yettel's digital channels, at a Yettel retail outlet or via privacy.yettel.bg on Yettel's mobile network.
