Additional packages with included minutes are valid only with a Yettel’s standard prepaid plan. In case you are using different Yettel’s prepaid plan you will switch to the Standard Yettel’s prepaid plan with buying this additional package, without the possibility of subsequent change. You will be aware of that when you make the purchase.

The included minutes for calls in Yettel mobile network can be used only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The above Additional packages: 50 national and international minutes & 100 national and international minutes are valid for calls within the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.
The included in the corresponding additional package minutes are valid to the certain countries. After the minutes exhaustion or the additional package’s validity period expiration the calls to numbers from this countries will be charged according to the current Yettel pricelist for prepaid plans and additional packages.

The additional packages can be activated in one of the following ways:

  • Via Yettel App
  • Via My Menu at *123# (free of charge)
  • Via SMS to number 125 with specified text code (free of charge)

General terms for additional packages for prepaid plans

  • When activating additional package for mobile internet MBs are at maximum speed on 2G, 3G or 4G Yettel network.

After depletion of the included MB or the expiration of the validity period, depends on what happens earlier, the mobile internet will be charged per MB according

to the terms of a standard Yettel’s prepaid plan the current Yettel’s price list for prepaid services, additional packages and standard prices in roaming.

  • The SMS price to number 125 in roaming is 1,91 BGN.
  • The additional package price will be deducted from your current credit.
  • The SMS for additional package activation price, if it is due is deducted from your current credit.
  • The validity period of the additional packages starts and the included minutes, SMS and/or MBs or the special price for voice calls are available for use after

receiving a conformation SMS for successful add-on activation. The additional package’s validity expires on the mentioned date and time in the message.

  • When changing to a Standard prepaid plan retain all available minutes and MBs, initially received, received upon recharging and purchased with additional packages

and can be used until expiration of their validity.

  • The minutes for national calls included in the add-ons do not apply to outgoing calls to short numbers (including Yettel Customer Service Center, type * numbers),

value added service numbers, data and fax numbers, outgoing WAP calls and other specialized services. As of 01/02/2020, the same applies to numbers in the

0700 range. Yettel minutes are valid on the Yettel mobile network.

  • In case you use additional conditions upon top-up fee for recharging of credit and when activating of additional package with included call minutes,

of combined additional package with included call minutes, SMS and MBs, valid within the Yettel network or additional package giving special price per minute

to certain international destinations, the additional conditions – minutes and MB when recharging – are ceased. In these cases, only the conditions of the Yettel’s

standard prepaid plan will be applicable, and you will no longer receive minutes and MB recharging and fee for it will not be deducted.

  • Upon activation of a new additional package including minutes on Yettel's mobile network; minutes to national networks; SMS on Yettel's mobile network and/or

with mobile internet included, before the expiration of the current ones of an available additional package, the new amount of the respective minutes of the same

 type, SMS and/or MB shall be added to the available ones, and for all available amounts of the respective minutes of the same type, SMS and/or MB, the higher

validity period of the two additional packages - the available one or the newly purchased one - shall be established.

  • The existing minutes to For Friends group are valid to 5 numbers from Yettel mobile network, included in the group. These numbers cannot be a short numbers and numbers for voice services with added value.
  • You have the right to refuse purchased add-on/s in a 14 days period after the purchase, unless you have started utilizing them. In case of add-on purchase refusal, the purchase amount will be returned to the credit of the prepaid card.
  • No additional packages can be purchased and activated for the 15 BGN Prepaid Package, nor can you switch to other prepaid tariffs, including the Standard prepaid Plan.

Depletion of the additional packages minutes

In case you have minutes to For friends group, to Yettel mobile network, to all national networks and/or unlimited minutes in Yettel mobile network:
• For calls to For friends group with priority after the depletion to this destination, depletes the minutes to Yettel mobile network, after its depletion – and for calls to all national networks and finally unlimited minutes in Yettel mobile network.
• For calls to Yettel mobile network with priority depletes the minutes to Yettel mobile network, after that the minutes to all national networks and finally unlimited minutes in Yettel mobile network.)

Priority of expending the MBs:

The validity of the following MB packages, activated for prepaid number, is not accumulated: 1. Packages valid for simultaneous use in Bulgaria and in roaming, in the EU area; 2. Packages valid for use in Bulgaria and; 3. packages valid for use only in roaming, in the EU area, do not accumulate, respectively all specified packages are used with their validity and conditions. Monitors the consumption of each package in mobile application Yettel App.

Example: A customer buys a prepaid starter pack with an initial bonus of 6000 MB valid for Bulgaria and the EU roaming zone (valid for 14 days), then immediately recharges with the amount of 10 BGN and receives (12 000 MB) valid for Bulgaria and (4400 MB) valid for the EU roaming zone (valid for 14 days).

- If the user is in Bulgaria, he will first start using from the bundle with MB valid for shared use in Bulgaria and EU roaming zone (6000 MB). When this package is exhausted, if the 14 days validity has not expired, he/she will continue to use the MB package valid for Bulgaria (12 000 MB).

  • If the user is in an EU roaming zone when the described packages are available, when consuming mobile internet from the user's prepaid number, the package with MB valid for the EU roaming zone (4400 MB) will be used first, and after its exhaustion, the package with MB valid for shared use in Bulgaria and the EU roaming zone (6000 MB) will be used if the validity of 14 days has not expired.

Principle of charging

Charging of calls and SMS

  • Charging of national and international calls takes places at intervals of 60 seconds, each started 60 second interval is being counted and charged as a full minute.
  • Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet.
  • For calls and SMS in roaming, including roaming in zone EU, charging is based on standard prices in roaming and the current Roaming Regulation in the European Union area.

Charging of internet traffic and access to 4G/ LTE network

  • For data transfer in the country and usage of the provided / included MB, the charging is accurate to 1 KB, with a minimum initial charge of 100 KB (1 GB = 1024 MB, 1 MB = 1024 KB).
  • If there is generated Internet traffic in roaming apart from the included in the additional conditions or add-ons, charging and pricing will be done as per active Standard prices in roaming and the current Roaming regulation in the EU area for all prepaid cards, or under the conditions of additional Roam&Surf, packages if such a package is purchased.

Access to Yettel 4G/LTE network

Usage of 4G/LTE Yettel network is possible with:

- Top up with credit to receive bonuses upon recharge – MB for usage in Bulgaria and MB for usage in roaming zone EU
or
- Activation of additional package with included MBs for browsing in Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone or additional package with included MB for usage in Bulgaria and MB for usage in roaming zone EU, if 4G / LTE access is provided.

The period of validity of the access to Yettel 4G / LTE network equals to the greater of the two validity periods – the one of the newly activated package or the current one.
