With the new subscription plan Junior 13,67 by Yettel and MyKi kids watch, you can rest assured that your child will communicate with you freely whenever he or she wishes to, And with the MyKi mobile app corresponding to the watch, you'll know where the little one is at any moment. The Junior 13,67 plan offers you and your child:
•Unlimited national minutes to mobile numbers from the Yettel network in Bulgaria;
•Unlimited traffic for video calls in Bulgaria and the EU Zone *;
•50 minutes to all national mobile and fixed networks in Bulgaria, which also apply to outgoing calls from the European Union (EU Zone) roaming zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, upon requested roaming service;
•10 MB Mobile Internet at maximum reachable speed in Bulgaria and roaming in the EU Zone, calculated in accordance with the fair use policy provided for in implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2286, upon requested roaming service ;

* Applies for video calls to the MyKi Junior mobile application where the watch is registered or to another Myki Junior watch, thus not spending from the included MB in the plan.


How to subscribe?

Any new or existing Yettel customer can subscribe to Junior 13,67 plan by concluding a new 12 or 24-month contract:
•for a new SIM card when purchasing in cash or on lease a MyKi Junior, MyKi Touch or MyKi Watch kids watch
•for an existing SIM card when purchasing in cash or on lease a MyKi Junior, MyKi Touch or MyKi Watch kids watch.


It is good to know that:

•The minimum initial time for charging national calls is 60 seconds, after which the charging is per a minute.
•The provided volume of 10 MB is valid for Bulgaria and roaming in the EU Zone at maximum speed through the Yettel 2G / 3G network, and after it is depleted the speed drops to 64 kbps.
•The initially defined credit limit for this subscription plan is 20 BGN.
•Customers using the Junior subscription plan cannot activate additional mobile internet add-ons.
•You can receive an invoice in an electronic format that you can see at any time after a one-time registration on the уMyTelenor web portal. Furthermore, you can also receive information about used services and amounts due by email.

Important: When the SIM card is used with the watch, the watch depending on its model has a limit for recording a given quantity of numbers to which calls can be made. These numbers can be changed at any time through the corresponding MyKi application.

Spending and validity, tariffing and charging

•The included minutes per month, that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
•ЗFor the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription. The minimum initial time for charging national calls is 60 seconds, after which the charging is per a minute.
•Price per minute for national calls after spending the included minutes is 0.32 BGN. per minute.
•Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

•The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
•After depletion of the included in the plan megabytes at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
•For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive the full number of the included monthly national MB and MB for roaming in the EU Zone, for the proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
•The internet traffic is realized only through an Access Point Name (APN) - telenorbg.
•The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
•The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.
•Access to mobile Internet is provided only through the 2G/3G network of Yettel

The stated prices and conditions for data and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and in the EU Zone. If traffic in roaming is generated, tariffing and charging shall be made according to prices and terms of Yettel for services in roaming.


Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

•You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
•You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have disabled the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.


Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

•You can change your subscription plan after the first month of the initial term of use of the services with this plan. No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.
•You can change a subscription plan only towards such with the same or higher monthly subscription fee and against a single fee to change a subscription plan during the term of a contract.
•Plan Junior 11.99 is activated when providing a new SIM card with a new mobile number. A transition to this plan is not possible from another plan during an active contract.

In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

European Union Zone (EU Zone) includes: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Canaries, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Madeira, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Saint-Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Åland Islands, Vatican City State.

The conditions of the Drivey 4G subscription plan with a promotional monthly subscription of BGN 15.99 are valid from 07.07.21 to 30.11.21 or while stocks last, upon concluding a new two-year contract and are valid for the entire term of the contract

Receiving of device Drivey without additional payment with subscription plan from Yettel is valid for private and business clients, new and existing, with signing a new contract for period of 12 or 24 months.

The possibility for granting a device without additional payment for new and existing clients could be limited due to the credit scouring.

The offers are valid until the quantities are exhausted.

УThe device has a warranty of 2 years, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The functions of Drivey are active unlimited without additional charge in EU, Bulgaria and other countries in Europe for the GPS functions (to certain IP / URL). Outside the mentioned zones the service will not work.


By purchasing Drivey with subscription plan the subscriber receives:
• 2G device with SIM card, license for the mobile application Drivey by Yettel and mobile internet. The functions of Drivey are active unlimited without additional payment in EU, Bulgaria and other countries in Europe for the GPS functions (to certain IP / URL). Outside the mentioned zones the service will not work.
or
• 4G device with SIM card, license for the mobile application Drivey by Yettel and mobile internet for the GPS functions as well as 15000 MB Wi-Fi hotspot additional mobile internet for surfing in Yettel network. The functions of Drivey are active unlimited without additional payment in EU, Bulgaria and other countries in Europe for the GPS functions (to certain IP / URL). Outside the mentioned zones the service will not work. The additional data for surfing in amount of 15000 MBs accessible in Bulgaria and FUP 6000 MB /for 24-months contract/ and 8600 MB /for 12-months contract/ for EU are available only with 4G device..

The SIM card that enables the service in sold only with the device and is integrated in it.

Drivey can not be used for voice services, sending or receiving SMS and MMS.

The mobile data of 2G device can be used only for enabling the GPS tracking of the registered vehicle and is performed by the 2G network of Yettel.

The mobile data of 4G device can be used for enabling the GPS tracking of the registered vehicle as well as the Wi-Fi hotspot. It is performed by the 4G network of Yettel.

The usage of Drivey at the fullest can be ensured only by installing the mobile application Drivey by Yettel from Google store / Apple store and registering in it with the mobile number.

Yettel does not bear any liability in case of any damages and/or guarantee void regarding the usage of Drivey.

The mobile application Drivey by Yettel is availabe for all mobile devices with OS Android 5 or newer and iOS with version iOS9 or newer.

Можеш да ползваш дигитални услуги в твоя абонаментен план

Определени абонаментни планове включват една или повече позиции за достъп до дигитална услуга. Можеш да избираш от наличните, предлагани от Yettel към съответния момент дигитални услуги, означени с възможност за ползване в позиция. Позициите се ползват при преференциални условия – без допълнително заплащане през първите 12 месеца от срока на договора. След изтичане на този срок дигиталните услуги могат да се ползват на преференциална цена, ако се активират в позиция. Позициите остават активни и след изтичане на първоначалния срок на договора. Управлението (активиране и деактивиране) на дигитални услуги в позиции става от приложението MyTelenor, в секция Услуги. Допълнителна информация можеш да намериш тук. Дигиталните услуги се предоставят от трети лица, при спазване на общите условия на доставчика на съответната услуга.

Какво трябва да знам за ползването на дигитални услуги в позиция:

Управлявай услуги в позиции през приложението MyTelenor в секция Услуги. Там ще намериш пълна информация колко позиции имаш, кои от тях са свободни и достъпни и кои услуги можеш да ползваш.

Ако в абонаментния план има включени позиции за дигитални услуги, но не можеш да ги ползваш и да активираш услуга в тях, може да има няколко причини за това. Възможно е всичките позиции да са заети от активирани дигитални услуги и да нямаш свободна, която да ползваш. Възможно е и позициите да не са достъпни (да са заключени). Това се получава, когато деактивираш дигитална услуга от позиция преди изтичане на 1 месец от активацията й. В този случай позицията се заключва до изтичане на 1 месец след активацията и тя се означава като „недостъпна“. Можеш да ползваш позицията и да активираш нова дигитална услуга в нея след изтичане на този срок.

Друга възможност е конкретната дигитална услуга вече да е активирана като допълнителен пакет срещу заплащане. Тогава срещу услугата има статус „Активна“. За да я активираш в позиция в плана ти, трябва преди това да деактивираш допълнителния пакет, който текущо ползваш. Имай предвид, че когато деактивираш допълнителен пакет, достъпът до услугата по него се прекратява след изтичане на текущия период и едва след това може да активираш тази услуга в свободна и достъпна позиция.

Ако желаеш, можеш да подменяш дигитална услуга в позиция веднъж на месец.

Деактивацията на услуга в позиция прекратява достъпа до нея веднага.

1 Трафик пакет от 10 000 MB месечно

Освен стандартно включените в плана мегабайти за свободно сърфиране получаваш допълнително и трафик пакети с определен обем МВ за ползване от и към различни типове приложения. Трафик Пакет Чат – условия

Трафик пакетът Чат включва 10000 MB на максимално достижима скорост, разполагаеми за ползване на територията на Република България и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз, от и към мобилните приложения за смартфон и таблет - WhatsApp, Viber, Cisco Teams, Cisco Meetings, Discord и Zoom. Трафик пакети, включени в абонаментния план без допълнително заплащане за определения в договора период, следва да се активират от потребителя през мобилното приложение MyTelenor, за да може да се ползват.

Трафик пакетите са валидни от датата на активация съгласно посоченото по-горе до края на текущия отчетен период и се подновяват за всеки отчетен период за срока на договора. След изтичане на 24-месечния срок на договора трафик пакетът се деактивира автоматично, след което потребителят може да избере да активира Трафик пакет Чат срещу съответната такса.

Трафик от и към мобилните приложения за съответния трафик пакет изразходва МВ първо от съответния трафик пакет, след което – от наличните МВ на максимално достижима скорост, включени в плана или допълнително закупени към него. По изключение, в случай че ползваш допълнително закупени пакети с МВ предназначени за ползване в роуминг, те се изразходват с приоритет, преди МВ от налични трафик пакети при ползване на съответните приложения в роуминг. Едва след изчерпване на МВ от допълнителен пакет с МВ за ползване в роуминг, потреблението за съответните приложения в роуминг ще изчерпва от налични трафик пакети. Възможно е приложение да генерира потребление от и към външни страници, в които случай трафикът не се счита за такъв от и към приложенията и черпи от включените в плана или допълнително закупени към него национални и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз МВ. След изчерпването на МВ от трафик пакета, трафикът от и към съответните приложения изразходва от националните и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз МВ, включени или допълнително закупени към абонаментния план, ако са налични такива.

В случай че планът е с включени МВ общо за България (национални) и роуминг в зона ЕС МВ, след изчерпването им скоростта на връзката пада до края на отчетния период за целия национален и роуминг в зона ЕС интернет трафик, включително и от и към съответните приложения, до 64 kbps.

В случай че абонаментният план е с включени отделни пакети за национални MB и роуминг МВ в зона ЕС, след изчерпване на включените в плана национални МВ, скоростта на връзката пада до края на отчетния период за целия национален интернет трафик, включително и от и към съответните приложения, до 64 kbps, а след изчерпване на включените в плана МВ за роуминг в зона ЕС, таксуването в роуминг, в това число трафик включително и от и към съответните приложения, се осъществява по цена на мегабайт съгласно актуалната ценова листа на Yettel.

МВ, включени в трафик пакетите са на максимално достижима скорост, достъпни са само през точка за достъп (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg и важат за използване на територията на Република България и за роуминг в зона ЕС.

В случай че скоростта на мобилния интернет вече е паднала до края на отчетния период, след което се активира допълнителен пакет с национални и роуминг в ЕС МВ, скоростта на мобилната връзка се възстановява до максималната, включително и за трафик от и към приложения ако включените в съответните трафик паети МВ не са били изразходени преди падането на скоростта. При изтичане на валидността или изразходване на МВ от допълнителния пакет национални и роуминг в зона ЕС МВ, пакет МВ, скоростта на връзката пада за целия национален и роуминг в зона ЕС трафи и/или сътветно мобилният интернет се таксува, съгласно правилата, описани по-горе.

Неизразходваните МВ не се прехвърлят за ползване в следващ отчетен период.

Трафик Пакет Социални мрежи и новини – условия

Трафик пакетът Социални мрежи включва 10000 MB на максимално достижима скорост, разполагаеми за ползване на територията на Република България и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз, от и към мобилните приложения за смартфон и таблет - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, Abv.bg, Mail.bg, Dnevnik.bg, Kapital, Investor.bg. Трафик пакети, включени в абонаментния план без допълнително заплащане за определения в договора период, следва да се активират от потребителя през мобилното приложение MyTelenor, за да може да се ползват.

Трафик пакетите са валидни от датата на активация съгласно посоченото по-горе до края на текущия отчетен период и се подновяват за всеки отчетен период за срока на договора. След изтичане на 24-месечния срок на договора трафик пакетът се деактивира автоматично, след което потребителят може да избере да активира Трафик пакет Социални мрежи срещу съответната такса.

Трафик от и към мобилните приложения за съответния трафик пакет изразходва МВ първо от съответния трафик пакет, след което – от наличните МВ на максимално достижима скорост, включени в плана или допълнително закупени към него. По изключение, в случай че ползваш допълнително закупени пакети с МВ предназначени за ползване в роуминг, те се изразходват с приоритет, преди МВ от налични трафик пакети при ползване на съответните приложения в роуминг. Едва след изчерпване на МВ от допълнителен пакет с МВ за ползване в роуминг, потреблението за съответните приложения в роуминг ще изчерпва от налични трафик пакети. Трафик пакетът Музика включва 10000 MB на максимално достижима скорост, разполагаеми за ползване на територията на Република България и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз, от и към мобилните приложения за смартфон и таблет - Apple Music и Deezer. Трафик пакети, включени в абонаментния план без допълнително заплащане за определения в договора период, следва да се активират от потребителя през мобилното приложение MyTelenor, за да може да се ползват. 

Трафик пакетите са валидни от датата на активация съгласно посоченото по-горе до края на текущия отчетен период и се подновяват за всеки отчетен период за срока на договора. След изтичане на 24-месечния срок на договора трафик пакетът се деактивира автоматично, след което потребителят може да избере да активира Трафик пакет Музика срещу съответната такса.

Трафик от и към мобилните приложения за съответния трафик пакет изразходва МВ първо от съответния трафик пакет, след което – от наличните МВ на максимално достижима скорост, включени в плана или допълнително закупени към него. По изключение, в случай че ползваш допълнително закупени пакети с МВ предназначени за ползване в роуминг, те се изразходват с приоритет, преди МВ от налични трафик пакети при ползване на съответните приложения в роуминг.  Едва след изчерпване на МВ от допълнителен пакет с МВ за ползване в роуминг, потреблението за съответните приложения в роуминг ще изчерпва от налични трафик пакети. Възможно е приложение да генерира потребление от и към външни страници, в които случай трафикът не се счита за такъв от и към приложенията и черпи от включените в плана или допълнително закупени към него национални и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз МВ. В случай че абонаментният план е с включени отделни пакети за национални MB и роуминг МВ в зона ЕС, след изчерпване на включените в плана национални МВ, скоростта на връзката  пада до края на отчетния период за целия национален интернет трафик, включително и от и към съответните приложения, до 64 kbps, а след изчерпване на включените в плана МВ за роуминг в зона ЕС, таксуването в роуминг, в това число трафик включително и от и към съответните приложения, се осъществява по цена на мегабайт съгласно актуалната ценова листа на Yettel.

МВ, включени в трафик пакетите са на максимално достижима скорост, достъпни са само през точка за достъп (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg и важат за използване на територията на Република България и за роуминг в зона ЕС. 

В случай че скоростта на мобилния интернет вече е паднала до края на отчетния период, след което се активира допълнителен пакет с национални и роуминг в ЕС МВ, скоростта на мобилната връзка се възстановява до максималната, включително и за трафик от и към приложения ако включените в съответните трафик паети МВ не са били изразходени преди падането на скоростта. При изтичане на валидността или изразходване на МВ от допълнителния пакет национални и роуминг в зона ЕС МВ,  пакет МВ, скоростта на връзката пада за целия национален и роуминг в зона ЕС трафи и/или  сътветно мобилният интернет се таксува, съгласно правилата, описани по-горе.

Неизразходваните МВ не се прехвърлят за ползване в следващ отчетен период.

В зона Европейски съюз

Списък на операторите, чрез които може да се ползва 5G мобилен интернет в роуминг се съдържа тук. За използване на 5G мобилен интернет в роуминг в зона Европейски съюз, е нужно клиентът да бъде в зоната на 5G покритие на съответния оператор от посочения списък, в зона ЕС, да ползва 5G съвместимо устройство, 5G съвместима SIM карта, и да отговаря на условията за ползване на 5G/LTE от Yettel и в България.

Във всички останали случаи ползването на мобилен интернет става чрез 2G/ 3G / 4G мрежата на съответния оператор.

Използване на минути за роуминг в Европейски съюз

•Можеш да използваш посочения брой минути на месец от съответните абонаментни планове за изходящи разговори в роуминг в зона ЕС към мобилни и фиксирани номера от мрежи на оператори в зона ЕС;
•Не е необходимо да активираш допълнително услугата роуминг, за да ползваш минутите и МВ в роуминг в зона ЕС. В случай че си деактивирал услугата роуминг по собствено желание, би могъл да я активираш отново. Виж как да управляваш услугата роуминг тук.

Промени в договора или абонаментния план

•Абонаментен план може да бъде променен след изтичане на първия месец от първоначалния срок на договора към такъв със същия или по-висок месечен абонамент и срещу заплащане на еднократна такса. При промяна на абонаментен план неизразходваните минути/MB, както и промоционални условия, в случай че такива са предвидени по предходно ползвания абонаментен план, се губят и се предоставят нови, ако новият абонаментен план включва такива.

Не се прилага ограничение в броя на промените в рамките на срока на договора, при условие, че се извършват само веднъж на отчетен период.

Certain subscription plans include one or more slots for access to a digital service. You can choose from the available digital services, offered by Yettel at the relevant moment, indicated with the possibility of using in a slot. Slots are used under preferential conditions – at no additional charge during the first 12 months of the contract's term. After the expiration of this period, digital services can be used at a preferential price if they are being activated in a slot. The slots remain active after expiration of the original term of the contract as well. The management (activation and deactivation) of digital services in slots is done through the YettelApp, in the section Services. You can find additional information here. Digital services are provided by third parties upon compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider of the respective service.

What should I know about using digital services in a slot:

Manage services in slots through the YettelApp in the section Services. There you will find complete information on how many slots you have, which ones are free and available and which services you can use.

If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

• The included minutes per month that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle are not transferred to the next;
• For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription;
• Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

• The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next;
• After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps;
• The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB;
• The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G/4G network.

5G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 5G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 5G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 5G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 5G compatible device, 5G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 5G / LTE by Yettel in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G/4G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

• You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.;
• You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

• A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

You can use digital services in your subscription plan

Certain subscription plans include one or more slots for access to a digital service. You can choose from the available digital services, offered by Yettel at the relevant moment, indicated with the possibility of using in a slot. Slots are used under preferential conditions – at no additional charge during the first 12 months of the contract's term. After the expiration of this period, digital services can be used at a preferential price if they are being activated in a slot. The slots remain active after expiration of the original term of the contract as well. The management (activation and deactivation) of digital services in slots is done through the Yettel application, in the section Services. You can find additional information here. Digital services are provided by third parties upon compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider of the respective service.

What should I know about using digital services in a slot:

Manage services in slots through the YettelApp in the section Services. There you will find complete information on how many slots you have, which ones are free and available and which services you can use.

If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

The Traffic Pass Chat includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Viber and WhatsApp. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the YettelApp mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Chat against the appropriate fee.

Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available. In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.

In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Yettel applicable to it.

MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.

In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.

Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.

Traffic Pass Social media – terms

The Traffic Pass Social media includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. Minutes tariffing and charging

•The included minutes per month that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle are not transferred to the next.
•For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
•Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

•The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
•After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
•The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
•The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

SMS tariffing and charging

•Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin characters or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet. For more information, read here.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Yettel

4G in Bulgaria

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 4G network of Yettel in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Yettel's 4G/LTE network for the term of their contract

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network.

4G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 4G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 4G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 4G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 4G compatible device, 4G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 4G / LTE by Yettel in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

•You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
•You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

•A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available. In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.

In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Yettel applicable to it.

MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.

In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.

Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.

•For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
•Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

•The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
•After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
•The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
•The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

•Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin characters or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet. For more information, read here.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Yettel

4G in Bulgaria

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 4G network of Yettel in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Yettel's 4G/LTE network for the term of their contract

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network.

4G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 4G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 4G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 4G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 4G compatible device, 4G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 4G / LTE by Yettel in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

•You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
•You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

•A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

You can use digital services in your subscription plan

Certain subscription plans include one or more slots for access to a digital service. You can choose from the available digital services, offered by Yettel at the relevant moment, indicated with the possibility of using in a slot. Slots are used under preferential conditions – at no additional charge during the first 12 months of the contract's term. After the expiration of this period, digital services can be used at a preferential price if they are being activated in a slot. The slots remain active after expiration of the original term of the contract as well. The management (activation and deactivation) of digital services in slots is done through the Yettel application, in the section Services. You can find additional information here. Digital services are provided by third parties upon compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider of the respective service.

What should I know about using digital services in a slot:

Manage services in slots through the YettelApp in the section Services. There you will find complete information on how many slots you have, which ones are free and available and which services you can use.

If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

Traffic Pass Chat – terms

The Traffic Pass Chat includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Viber and WhatsApp. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the YettelApp mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Chat against the appropriate fee.

Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available. In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.

In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Yettel applicable to it.

MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.

In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.

Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.

Traffic Pass Social media – terms

The Traffic Pass Social media includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the YettelApp mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic Pass Social media against the appropriate fee.

Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the YettelApp mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Music against the appropriate fee.

TERMS

Minutes tariffing and charging

•The included minutes per month that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle are not transferred to the next.
•For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
•Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

•The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
•After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
•The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
•The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

SMS tariffing and charging

•Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin characters or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet. For more information, read here.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Yettel

4G in Bulgaria

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 4G network of Yettel in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Yettel's 4G/LTE network for the term of their contract

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network.

4G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 4G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 4G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 4G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 4G compatible device, 4G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 4G / LTE by Yettel in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

•You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
•You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

•A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.
